1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SeeItDoIt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SeeItDoIt is a mobile application that allows users to convert online content (videos, articles, images) into structured, step-by-step instructions using artificial intelligence. The App provides tools for organizing, executing, and managing these instruction sets.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password or through Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers both free and paid tiers. Free users have limited access to AI conversion features. Paid subscriptions ("See It Do It Pro") are available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases.

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Lifetime purchases grant permanent access and do not renew.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems
  • Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App
  • Circumvent any usage limits or access restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by SeeItDoIt and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or import through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for the content you import into the App. You represent that you have the right to access and process any URLs, images, or videos you submit. We do not claim ownership of third-party content processed through the App. The structured instructions generated are derived works created for your personal use.

8. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to extract and structure instructions. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI output should be reviewed for accuracy before relying on it, especially for activities involving safety, health, or precision.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEITDOIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
