SeeItDoIt ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SeeItDoIt mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, optionally, your email address as provided by Apple.
Content You Provide: When you import URLs, images, or videos for processing, we temporarily process this content to extract instructions. We store the resulting structured project data (titles, steps, materials, tools) associated with your account.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, projects created, and general usage patterns. This data helps us improve the App.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Process and extract instructions from content you submit
- Create and manage your account
- Provide customer support
- Monitor and analyze usage trends
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
- Process subscription purchases and manage entitlements
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: For authentication, data storage, and backend services
- OpenAI: For AI-powered content extraction and processing
- RevenueCat: For subscription management and in-app purchases
- Apple Sign In: For authentication (optional)
These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and project content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including projects, materials, steps, and usage history will be permanently removed from our systems.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data and account
- Export your project data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
You can delete your account directly within the App under Settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
